I made this bedhead in solid beech. The woodcarving patterns are Scandinavian, Celtic, & my inspiration. The supports in the lower part allow it to be kept vertical in the absence of bedding.
Here it is designed for bedding 140 cm wide. The head is slightly wider for practicality and overall aesthetics with bedding. The finish was made with linseed oil, then after drying, I applied a copal varnish adapted to the sculpture.
Its realization claimed me two months.
