This bedside table inspired by me is made of beech, ash and stone pine.
The tops are made of ash, the structure is made of beech, ash and stone pine, the drawer is made of stone pine and the “bear” handle is made of beech.
It is both carved, fretwork and pyrographed. The finish is with wax oil.
Dimensions (excluding the bear handle): width 50 cm, depth 43 cm, height 52 cm.
This creation took me 10 days of work.
This is the first work where i have integrated pyrography.
A brass inclusion is present on the front edge of the upper top.
The sides of the drawer are also carved. These sculptures remain visible even when the drawer is closed.
The sides of the structure are fretwork and leave the latter visible.
The drawer assembly is dovetail, to complete this unique creation (no series) !
